This weekend, come visit us at the NY Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1! We’ll be sharing a table with our comrades Research and Destroy in the “Courtyard Projects” space, next to Librarians and Archivists with Palestine and the NYPL Picture Collection. We’ll have zines and ephemera by AAD members and friends, with proceeds supporting the Coalition to Protect Chinatown & LES, Brooklyn Jail Support, and mutual aid efforts in Gaza. We’ll also be joined by filmmaker Suneil Sanzgiri, who will be vending handwoven tatreez to support artisans and families in the Occupied West Bank. This month, a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) appointed by elected officials will vote on whether to recommend the Metropolitan Park Casino proposal, which will harm and displace communities in Flushing. Send them a letter demanding that they reject the proposal here!

Private developers are planning to demolish two senior buildings at NYCHA’s Fulton-Elliot Houses this fall, as part of a predatory and misguided redevelopment plan that will displace thousands of low-income households. Sign the petition to stop the plan here, and contribute to the legal defense fund protecting senior residents here.
