This Saturday, May 27th, at 1:30pm, join Art Against Displacement for a special walkthrough of Not For Sale: Material Traces of Protest in Chinatown & LES, 2002–Present. The walkthrough will commence at the recurring picket in front of the Museum of Chinese in America (215 Centre Street), where local organizers from Youth Against Displacement will provide an overview of the history and demands of the MOCA picket. Participants will then head over to Citygroup (104b Forsyth Street; approximately ten minutes away), where AAD members will offer a walkthrough of Not For Sale — drawing a direct line of connection between the exhibit and on-the-ground organizing in Chinatown.This walkthrough will be the final event associated with Not For Sale, which has been extended to Saturday, June 3rd.
